We are two friends who have known each other since 2013, working full-time in corporate jobs. Over time, we noticed that the stress and long hours at work were affecting our performance and overall well-being. One calm evening, over a cup of tea, the idea of creating something meaningful together sparked.
Why chairs, you might ask? The answer came from a very personal experience. While sitting for long hours on ordinary office chairs, one of us felt back pain that even affected sleep. We realized that many people might be struggling with the same discomfort. A simple thought “what if we could design chairs that truly support the body and promote relaxation?” became our inspiration.
We conducted a small survey in our office, and the results confirmed our suspicion: standard office chairs were not meeting people’s comfort needs. Determined to make a difference, we traveled to China to study how high-quality ergonomic chairs are built, exploring designs and materials to ensure maximum comfort and durability.
After months of research, planning, and testing, ComfortSeat Bangladesh officially launched in August 2025, dedicated to providing ergonomic, stylish, and health-conscious seating solutions for hardworking professionals across Bangladesh.
